CB2 eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at CB2 and Crate and Barrel stores (U.S. only, including Outlets), online at cb2.com or crateandbarrel.com, or phone orders through CB2 and Crate and Barrel catalogs.

Online:

1. Make your selections online and proceed to Checkout as usual.
2. On the Payment page, enter your eGift Card Number and PIN.
3. Then click Apply Gift Card.
4. If you have more than one eGift Card, enter the information for each card you wish to use. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations.
5. eGift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.

In store:

1. At the POS/Checkout, please provide the store associate the eGift Card on your mobile device or the printed eGift Card.
2. Ensure the eGift Card number and PIN are readable.
3. The store associate will apply the eGift Card to your purchase.
