In-Store Redemption Instructions • Print this page and take it in to one of our boutiques or outlets to redeem for merchandise.

In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions Recipient: To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device display the barcode, gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Cashier: Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS.

Validity: Does not expire

Chico's Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed for your merchandise purchase at Chicos.com (US orders only), Chico's US boutiques and outlets, or by phone at 888.855.4986. When you make a merchandise purchase with your Chicos Gift Card or eGift Card, the value of your purchase, plus any shipping and handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your available balance. You may check any remaining value online or by calling Customer Service at 888.855.4986. You may not add value back onto your Gift Card or eGift Card or redeem it for cash, except as required by law. Chico's Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire and have no fees. Please safeguard your Chico's Gift Card or eGift Card number and PIN. The bearer is responsible for its loss, damage or theft. For lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Card numbers, please contact Customer Service. Your Chico's Gift Card number or eGift Card number and PIN are required for all inquiries.
