W przypadku zakupów powyżej kwoty vouchera różnicę należy wpłacić gotówką lub kartą kredytową lub innym voucherem (maksymalnie można wykorzystać 3 vouchery w sklepie internetowym i 5 voucherów w perfumerii stacjonarnej). Voucher nie podlega zwrotowi ani wymianie na gotówkę w całości lub w części. Użytkownik ma prawo w każdej chwili sprawdzić aktualną wartość Vouchera Elektronicznego. Wartość można sprawdzić bezpośrednio w perfumeriach Douglas w Polsce lub na infolinii Wydawcy 0 801 101 700 lub 022 330 98 98.
